• Your e-ticket is emailed to you usually within minutes of confirmed payment. No printing required: just show it on your phone at the port check-in counter. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

• First, check your spam or junk folder and confirm the email address you entered at checkout. Tickets usually arrive within minutes, and in rare cases up to 12 hours. If you still don't have it, contact us at support@lyriaa.com and we'll help right away.

• In most cases no, you can show the e-ticket on your phone at the port. Some operators may ask you to exchange your e-ticket or booking reference for a boarding pass at the counter; if so, this is noted on your ticket and route page.

• Bring your e-ticket and a valid passport or ID matching the passenger details in your booking. For international ferry routes, a passport is normally required. We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and immigration. Always check the boarding time shown on your ticket.

• Yes. You can book for multiple passengers in one order, just enter each traveller's details as shown on their passport or ID. Child, infant and luggage rules vary by carrier and are shown on the route page.

• Cancellation and amendment rules are set by the ferry carrier and depend on your fare type, some fares are non-refundable. The applicable policy is shown on the route page before you pay. To request a change or cancellation, email us at support@lyriaa.com with your booking reference and the change you'd like. If your fare and the carrier's rules allow it, we'll arrange it for you and process any refund the carrier confirms you're entitled to.

• Schedules, delays and cancellations are managed by the ferry carrier, as they operate the service. If a sailing is disrupted, follow the carrier's instructions at the port and contact us at support@lyriaa.com. We'll help you liaise with the carrier on rebooking or any refund you may be entitled to under their terms.

• Lyria is operated by A2 TICKETS LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16987046). You pay Lyria as your booking agent, your payment covers the carrier fare plus our booking fee, shown separately at checkout.
