About Lyria

Our website, https://www.lyriaa.com, is an online platform for searching and booking ferry and other transportation tickets.

Lyria acts as a disclosed booking agent and intermediary for third-party Carriers. The contract for carriage is between you and the Carrier, subject to the Carrier’s terms and conditions. Lyria facilitates bookings, payments, and customer support; Lyria does not operate ferries or other transport services.

Bookings may be secured through independent B2B booking channels (distribution, aggregation, or connectivity platforms) that we use from time to time—including one or more in parallel—as our supply arrangements evolve. This does not change the fact that carriage is provided by the Carrier.

Official travel documents are delivered by email in line with the timelines described in our Terms and Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
