Lyria is the trading name of A2 TICKETS LTD, a UK private limited company (Company No. 16987046). We are a team focused on travel technology and customer support for ferry bookings.
Lyria operates as a disclosed booking agent for third-party Carriers. When you book through Lyria, the contract for your journey is between you and the Carrier, on the Carrier’s terms. Lyria facilitates your booking and payment, and provides support for the booking process.
We may secure tickets through independent B2B booking channels (distribution, aggregation, or connectivity platforms) that we use from time to time, including one or more in parallel, to reach Carriers. Lyria does not own or operate ferries.
Checkout displays the Total Price with a clear separation between the Carrier Fare and the Lyria Agency Fee. Payments are processed securely by regulated Payment Service Providers; see our Terms and Conditions for details.
