All visitors arriving at Bandar Bintan Telani (BBT), Indonesia are required to complete the All Indonesia Digital Arrival Card.
The e-arrival card combines immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declarations into one quick online form.
It is free, takes a couple of minutes to complete, and must be submitted within 72 hours before arrival.
After submission, a QR code will be sent via email and must be shown to immigration and customs upon arrival in Bintan.
Please note: this is not a visa. Travellers must still obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA) or e-Visa separately if required.
