  • Please check in at the Batam Fast check-in counter at least 1 hour before departure. Check-in counters close 30 minutes before departure.
  • Please arrive early, especially during peak periods such as weekends and public holidays.
  • Please check that all your relevant travel documents are in order – passport validity of at least 6 months from date of travel; entry visas; etc. Or you may be denied boarding.

Changes & Cancellations
  • Tickets on this route are non-refundable and cannot be changed.

  • There are no discounts available on this route. All passengers must purchase a ticket, regardless of age.
Departure/Arrival Port

Fuel Surcharge: Please be informed that a SGD 12.00/RM 40.00 (around USD 10) fuel surcharge is payable by all passengers upon boarding pass collection, effective from 14 March 2026.
