Each passenger may check in baggage weighing up to 25 kg (of standard size). One hand-carry bag weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. The total baggage allowance per passenger must not exceed 32 kg.

What happens if the trip is canceled due to bad weather or other force majeure events?

Although it’s a rare condition, cancellations may happen, especially during the rainy season (January–March). If this occurs, you’ll have the following options: Reschedule to another date (subject to availability) Cancel your trip and receive a full refund

Please check in at the Eka Jaya Fast Boat counter at least 1 hour prior to departure.

Important: The check-in counter closes 30 minutes prior to boat departure.

Each passenger is allowed 20 kg of luggage (1-2 pieces without additional charge).

Cancellations: If cancelled 7 days or more before departure, no fee applies. If cancelled 3 to 6 days before departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket value will be charged. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to departure are non-refundable.
Non-refundable for trip delays due to weather.

Exceptions for Full Refunds
Full refunds are provided if the ferry operator cancels the sailing due to force majeure, including:
Severe weather conditions
Technical issues or other operational emergencies beyond passenger control

Child tickets

There are no discounts available on this route.
Infants under 3 years of age can travel free of charge on their parent's lap.

Arrival Port: Gili Trawangan Port

Port fee: For trips from/to Padang Bai, Serangan, Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air, Bangsal, and Senggigi, fast boat passengers are required to pay for the retribution fees/harbor tax IDR 10,000–20,000 (approx. USD 1–2) in cash at the port.
