Please check in at the Batam Fast check-in counter at least 1 hour before departure. Check-in counters close 20 minutes before departure.
During peak periods such as weekends and holidays, we recommend getting your boarding pass at the check-in counter at least 90 minutes before departure.
The boarding gate opens 45 minutes before departure and closes 15 minutes before departure.

Important: Please arrive early, especially on weekends and public holidays. Make sure your travel documents are in order — passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel and any required entry visa — or you may be denied boarding.
