Check-in and boarding procedures
  • Please check in at the Camellia Line counter. We recommend completing check-in before immigration opens at 11:00 AM so you can proceed smoothly.
  • Immigration is open from 11:00 AM to 12:10 PM.
  • Check-in counters close at 11:30 AM (1 hour before departure) — this is the latest you can check in.

Important: The check-in counters close at 11:30 AM and this deadline is strict. On weekends and during holidays queues can be long, so please arrive early to allow enough time.

Luggage
  • Each passenger may bring luggage up to 20 kg free of charge, as long as the total of all three sides (length + width + height) is less than 2 meters.

  • Food and drinks onboard are sold mainly through vending machines, so please bring Japanese yen (JPY) in cash — you'll need it to purchase anything during the crossing.

  • Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your date of travel.
