Busan Port International Passenger Terminal

Busan Port International Passenger Terminal sits on the waterfront in Dong-gu, in the city’s North Port area, and is the departure and arrival point for ferries between Busan and Fukuoka.

It’s about a 10–15 minute walk from Busan Station, the city’s main KTX and Metro Line 1 hub, connected by an elevated pedestrian walkway. Inside the terminal you’ll find duty-free shopping, waiting lounges and baggage services, with the restaurants and cafés of the Choryang and Busan Station area a short walk away.

The building is modern and easy to navigate, with English signage throughout, arrivals and departures kept on separate levels, and outdoor terraces looking out over the harbour and Busan Harbour Bridge.

How to Reach Busan Port International Passenger Terminal

On Foot from Busan Station: An elevated pedestrian walkway connects Busan Station directly to the terminal, a walk of around 10 minutes. This is the simplest route if you’re arriving by KTX or on Metro Line 1.
By Bus: City buses 5-1, 42 and 1004 stop directly in front of the terminal. Bus 5-1 runs from Centum City and Seomyeon, bus 42 comes from Hoedong-dong in the east of the city, and bus 1004 connects Seomyeon and Busan Station before terminating at the terminal.
By Taxi or Ride-Share: Taxis and private hire cars can drop you directly at the terminal entrance; travel times vary depending on your starting point in Busan.
