Check-in and boarding procedures
  • Please check in at the Eka Jaya Fast Boat counter at least 1 hour prior to departure.
  • Boarding gate opens 1 hour before departure and closes 15 minutes before departure.

Important: The check-in counter closes 30 minutes prior to boat departure.

Luggage
  • Each passenger is allowed 20 kg of luggage (1-2 pieces without additional charge).
Changes & Cancellations
  • Cancellations: If cancelled 7 days or more before departure, no fee applies. If cancelled 3 to 6 days before departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket value will be charged. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to departure are non-refundable.
  • Non-refundable for trip delays due to weather.
  • Exceptions for Full Refunds
  • Full refunds are provided if the ferry operator cancels the sailing due to force majeure, including:
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Technical issues or other operational emergencies beyond passenger control

  • There are no discounts available on this route.
  • Infants under 3 years of age can travel free of charge on their parent's lap.
