Please check in at the Sindo Ferry check-in counter at least 1 hour before departure. Check-in counters close 20 minutes before departure.
During peak periods such as weekends and holidays, it is recommended to obtain your boarding pass at check-in counter at least 90 minutes before departure.

The boarding gate opens 45 minutes before departure and closes 15 minutes before departure.

Please arrive early, especially during peak periods such as weekends and public holidays.
Please check that all your relevant travel documents are in order – passport validity of at least 6 months from date of travel; entry visas; etc. Or you may be denied boarding.
