Boarding gate opens 1 hour before departure and closes 15 minutes before departure.
Changes: You may reschedule your trip subject to seat availability. Changes are not permitted within 60 hours before departure.
Cancellations: If cancelled 7 days or more before departure, no fee applies. If cancelled 3 to 6 days before departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket value will be charged.
Each passenger may check in baggage weighing up to 25 kg (of standard size). One hand-carry bag weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. The total baggage allowance per passenger must not exceed 32 kg.
