The speedboat offers comfortable air-conditioned seating as well as an open deck area, allowing passengers to enjoy fresh sea air and scenic ocean views during the journey.
Boarding gate opens 1 hour before departure and closes 15 minutes before departure.
Each passenger may check in baggage weighing up to 25 kg (of standard size). One hand-carry bag weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. The total baggage allowance per passenger must not exceed 32 kg.
Changes: You may reschedule your trip subject to seat availability. Changes are not permitted within 60 hours before departure.
Cancellations: If cancelled 7 days or more before departure, no fee applies. If cancelled 3 to 6 days before departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket value will be charged.
Exceptions for Full Refunds
Full refunds are provided if the ferry operator cancels the sailing due to force majeure, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Technical issues or other operational emergencies beyond passenger control
Although it’s a rare condition, cancellations may happen, especially during the rainy season (January–March). If this occurs, you’ll have the following options:
