Check-in deadline:
Check-in at the counter must be completed at least 40 minutes before departure.

Boarding deadline:
Boarding must be completed no later than 20 minutes before departure.

Children (3–11 years old):
Eligible for a 50% discount on the standard ticket price.

Infants (under 3 years old):
Travel free of charge, provided no separate seat is required.

Detailed departure instructions will be sent to you by email along with your booking confirmation. In Hakodate, ferries depart from Hakodate Ferry Terminal, in Aomori, ferries depart from Aomori Ferry Terminal.

Size: Total dimensions (length + width + height) ≤ 2 meters
Weight: ≤ 30 kg
Baggage that the passenger personally carries and keeps with them in the ferry cabin

Standard Policy:
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable after purchase, except under specific circumstances.

Exceptions for Full Refunds:
- Full refunds are provided if the ferry operator cancels the sailing due to force majeure, including:
- Severe weather conditions (storms, typhoons, heavy fog)
- Technical issues or mandatory vessel inspections
- Other operational emergencies beyond passenger control

  A fixed cancellation fee of 2 USD applies.
• From 6 days to 2 days before the boarding date
  A cancellation fee of 10% of the ticket price applies
  (minimum fee: 2 USD if 10% is less than 2 USD).
