Check-in and boarding procedures

Counter check-in

  • Please check in at the Batam Fast check-in counter at least 1 hour before departure. Check-in counters close 20 minutes before departure.
  • During peak periods such as weekends and holidays, we recommend getting your boarding pass at the check-in counter at least 90 minutes before departure.
  • The boarding gate opens 45 minutes before departure and closes 15 minutes before departure.

Important: Please arrive early, especially on weekends and public holidays. Make sure your travel documents are in order — passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel and any required entry visa — or you may be denied boarding.

Departure/Arrival Port

Fuel Surcharge: a Temporary Fuel Surcharge applies from 12 March 2026 due to increased fuel prices. The surcharge is SGD 6, around USD 5, per journey for departures from Singapore and is collected at the check-in counter.
